I started off with this painting

These four pictures represent the four elements: earth, wind, fire, and water. Using only variations of lines and color, I was able to develop each element into an image. This was really simple but shows the power of each line.

I really like this sketch so far but I am not sure what else I can do after I finish all the grass blades. It just seems kind of bpring the way it's going and I don't know what the background can do. We'll see!

I really need to do a painting because I just keep sketching with colored pencil. I was kind of playing with value and shading with colored pencil with this one because I really never use them. Definatley don't like this though but I got comfortable with colored pencils.
